Hindhead is a beautiful heathland course set in glorious surroundings and ranks amongst the very best of Britain’s heathland courses.
Originally designed by J.H Taylor, the course sits easily in a natural terrain with fairways bordered by glorious heather and tall pines. The early spring brings with it additional splashes of colour from the rhododendrons and azaleas. With its elevated position, the second nine offers some far-reaching views of the beautiful Surrey countryside.
Founded in 1904 by a group of enthusiasts that included Sir Arthur Conan-Doyle the club boasts a rich history and continues to be enjoyed by members and guests alike.
